MarwadiCart is a grocery shop in Didwana, Rajasthan. This policy covers the MarwadiCart shopping app and the website at marwadicart.in. It is written plainly and lists everything the shop actually stores — nothing more and nothing less.

| Mobile number | To sign you in, and so the rider can call you when they reach your door. It is the only thing an account needs. |

| Email address | Only if you choose to sign in with Google. Google gives us your name and email; it never gives us a phone number, which is why we ask for one separately. |
| Delivery addresses | To bring the order to you. If you tap "Use my location", we save the map pin with the address so the rider can find the door. |
| Your orders | What you bought and what it cost, so you can see past orders, reorder, and so the shop keeps its books. |
| Notification token | A code from Google that lets us tell your phone that your order is on its way. It identifies the handset, not you. |
Your location is read only when you ask for it. The app requests it at the moment you tap "Use my location" while adding an address, and never in the background. Closing the app ends it. You can always type the address instead and drop the pin on the map by hand.
Only where the shop cannot work without it:
Our server is in India and only the shop's own staff can reach it.
You can do this yourself, or ask us. Both routes do the same thing.
What is removed: your name, phone number, email address, every saved address and map pin, your cart, your wishlist and your notification tokens. You will not be able to sign in again with that number.
What remains: the record that a sale happened — its date, what was sold and for how much — with your name and number stripped out of it. A shop has to keep its books, and those rows no longer point at you.
MarwadiCart is meant for adults doing their household shopping. We do not knowingly keep information about children under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is a significant one, we will say so in the app.
